Salad
I have a habit of trying different not the usual meals in restaurants, and then to repeat them at home. This salad I tried last weekend at the restaurant "Cruise" on the shore near Vladivostok. Easy on the calories and the execution of the salad, just for us girls. Give vigor and energy in the period of spring avitaminosis.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Arugula

    1 coup

  • Prunes

    5 piece

  • Walnuts

    5 piece

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Blue cheese

    30 g

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Cranberry

  • Nutmeg

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

  • Vermouth

    2 Tbsp

Pre-boil chicken breast, allow it to cool and cut into arbitrary pieces.

Pre-make cheese chips for decoration. To do this, RUB the cheese and "cakes" are placed on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Put in heated to 220 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes.

Cut (RUB) shredded Apple, bell pepper. Prunes, pitted cut in half. If prunes dry, then soak in boiling water.

Mix chicken, apples, pepper and prunes.

Prepare yogurt dressing. Take blue cheese, mash with a fork, add yogurt, red chili pepper, ground nutmeg and vermouth. If you don't drink alcohol, substitute grape juice.

Mix all the ingredients.

On a serving plate put the washed arugula.

Put on top of salad.

Sprinkle with walnuts (grind is not necessary), pour the yogurt dressing.

Put cheese on top of chips, sprinkle of beauty sweet paprika.

And at the end decorate with cranberries (I have frozen). Bon appetite and good spring mood!
