Salad

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Cucumber

  • Green peas

  • Chicken egg

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

Cook chicken for 40-45 minutes. I have added in bouillon "Seasoning for chicken" to the chicken was more spicy. After cooking, spread on a plate to cool.

While our chicken is cooking, start the eggs. Take five eggs, divide them in a bowl. Whisk for 5 minutes, sprinkle with salt.

In a hot pan greased with butter (I used butter so the pancakes will have a more delicate flavor), baked egg pancakes, with a thickness of about 3 mm. Leave to cool.

Cut the onion and spread on a pan with vegetable oil.
