Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

Onions finely cut, carrots cut and fry in vegetable oil

Liver boil until tender, but not digested, and it will be dry. To check the readiness with a knife, if has stopped bleeding, then remove from heat, remove from broth, cool and cut into strips.
