Beet salad with feta
Frankly - this is one of my most favorite salads, because I love beets and balsamic vinegar. The salad is simple to prepare and can easily replace a side dish. It's filling, but not heavy.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    300 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

Cooking

Beets cut into cubes. Add balsamic vinegar, salt and olive oil. Carefully stir.

Spread on a dish salad leaves, top with the beets in the marinade. With your hands crumble the feta pieces. Finish and walnuts. Pour the marinade.
