Cooking
First make the filling: in a small amount of vegetable oil fry the chopped onion with the mince for 3-4 minutes ("breaking" the mince with a spatula to avoid lumps)
Add to the minced spices, salt, sugar, tomato paste and water, mix everything and cook until almost all the liquid has evaporated
The sheet of dough roll out on floured surface form grease with oil and spread it on the dough, the edges are slightly suscipiam for the sides of the form and pierce the dough with a fork and send in a preheated 210С the oven for 5 minutes
Prepare the filling: mix eggs, sour cream and grated on a coarse grater cheese (you can mix a bit of pepper for spice and flavor)
The finished cake spread evenly minced
Now layer slices of chopped tomatoes if I put fresh tomatoes in a pie or pizza, I always peeled... it should be in the skin of each tomato to make the cross-cut and placed for 2 minutes in boiling water, after this the skin is easily removed
On top of the cake covered with cream-cheese filling
Cook in a preheated 200C oven for 25-30 minutes, until top becomes elastic and slightly Golden
The finished cake cut into pieces and.. Pleasant your appetite!! :) PS I made this pie so many times and always eaten incredibly quickly..
