Chicken with parsley and pine nuts
Spicy chicken breast in a marinade of lemon juice, parsley and crushed pine nuts.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Pine nuts

    40 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken breast cut into small pieces.

Grind in a blender the pine nuts and parsley.

Add to the nut mix balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Mix well.

To combine marinade and chicken. Stir and leave for 25-35 minutes.

Quickly fry the chicken pieces on a dry(!), preheated grill pan (or normal). Serve with a salad of fresh vegetables.
