Meat balls with spaghetti
The idea of this dish - from the esteemed Italian food, but meat balls cooked in your recipe - with raisins and hazelnuts. Try it and hopefully will like!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Tomato paste

    400 g

  • Spaghetti

    250 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    4 tsp

  • Forest nuts

    3 tsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    2 tsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Parsley

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

In minced meat add raisins, nuts, forest, mustard, sour cream, seasoning for meat, salt, pepper, parsley, egg, flour, mix well,

will skatiem balls and place in a fireproof dish, greased.

Put the balls with pieces of lettuce and pepper fill with tomato sauce or tomato paste. (if the sauce is too thick, you can dilute 1 tbsp. of dry red wine) and into a preheated oven (210°C) for 20-25 min.

Boil spaghetti; 5-10 min before the end of frying, the balls gently to mix back in the oven.

Ready balls gently to mix with spaghetti and serve.
