Lagman
So I learned to cook lagman Uzbek neighbor. Since then, this dish has taken root firmly in our kitchen.

Ingredients

The ingredients that we need. Pork can be replaced with another meat. If there is a lamb, take the lamb. This time was not in the fridge. Meat can generally take what you want. We always make several varieties. I cooked a lot - the kids came over for dinner.

Since I never cooked - fried everything separately. First fry the wings - cut in half, moved them to the pan and so fry all the meat and put in pan. Pour water just to almost cover the meat and boil. When boiling, put potatoes cut in cubes and cook for about an hour. Potatoes trying to take loose - then the sauce is a little bit thick, delicious.

Vegetables washed, cleaned, cut cubes and also in turn all roasted in a pan with vegetable oil, I take the sunflower.

First, pouring a little oil into a frying pan, fry the onion, add to the onions carrots and fry together. Then add bell pepper. Tomato peeling from the skin: notched crosswise peel tomatoes, pour in 2-3 minutes with boiling water. The water is then drained - rinsed with cold water and remove the skin, cut tomato cubes and add to the frying pan to the vegetables.

Then add bell pepper. Then add tomato paste and all for another 3 minutes fry. Our meat, we have roasted for about an hour, now add to the pot our zazharku and cook further approximately 30 minutes of Course we didn't forget to salt and pepper our meal. It looks like our zazharku ready to use.

And this is our lagman in the pan. The dish is spicy on the palate - as you like. We love it hot. You can even chili to add a little, but then, when ready, it is better to pull out.

And of course lagman is believed to be served with noodles. I myself pulled noodles once, turned out bad, now always buy this flat (we have caught this with lagman better than spaghetti). Boil the noodles as usual, throws in a colander, then put it in a Cup with a little sunflower oil to them.
