Chicken roll
Another variation of the meatloaf, this time of chicken fillet. Called so because it is cooked in minutes and consumed even faster :)

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cheese

    1 pack

  • Soy sauce

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Slice chicken beats in the package (Hello and thank you for the lesson Elena110 :) ) to the size of a pancake about 1-1. 5 cm.thick.

Wetted soy sauce and leave for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the tomato. You need a sharp knife, since cutting it should be very thin, 1-2 mm. somewhere.

Chicken pancake liberally grease with melted cheese.

Spread on top of tomatoes.

Dip them in breading and fry under the lid, turning a couple of times. Fry briefly, so the meat does not become dry.
