Cooking
Dill wash, dry and finely chop. In a bowl sift the flour with soda and salt, add the fennel and diced butter. Knead everything with your hands so the butter is completely dispersed.
Pour cold milk and knead the dough. The dough place on floured surface and knead very quickly.
The dough to split hands to a thickness of about 2cm and cut out scones. Spread on a baking sheet, greased with a little milk, sprinkle with poppy seeds and send in a preheated 210 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Cut each bun in half lengthwise, well lubricated with cream. The fish slice and put on buns.
