Dill sconce trout

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Dill

    20 g

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

  • Trout

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

Dill wash, dry and finely chop. In a bowl sift the flour with soda and salt, add the fennel and diced butter. Knead everything with your hands so the butter is completely dispersed.

Pour cold milk and knead the dough. The dough place on floured surface and knead very quickly.
