Cooking
The recipe is very easy fast cooking. Especially if you marinate the chicken in advance. We are going to do. Chicken fillet cut stripes.
Put fillet in a convenient bowl, add the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper, seasoning for chicken (or any other). If necessary - add salt. Refrigerate for half an hour.
Slim stripes cut the other ingredients: tomato, cheese and bell pepper. In principle, there could be onion rings, mushrooms, cabbage... anything you want! I chose vegetables that are juicier.
Prepare the pita bread. I have pitas in a small size are cut with scissors in half. Large pitas for 3-4 pieces.
Grease the slices of pita with one side of soft butter.
Put cooked chicken pieces, cheese, pepper, tomato.
Twist and roll, turning the pita bread from the sides. Generally this is best done simultaneously with laying in the puff pastry, otherwise the pita bread can soak. I show just order. As you understand, pita will play in the pies as "diaper" and will give extra flaky layers. While it will not be noticeable - it absolutely will be lost, merged in the overall picture.
Puff pastry cut into strips 1.5-2 cm wide.
Each strip roll. Roll out into a length. The strips become long and thin.
"Pileniem" pies strips overlap. About tightly closed ends can not bother: filling will not flow out.
So come with all cakes. Ready spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper or silicone Mat.
Sprinkle the patties on the baking sheet with water. To grease with a yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can sprinkle poppy seeds or herbs, and you can do nothing sprinkle.
