French rolls
To say that it's tasty would be an understatement. A big thank you to scullion Irres, it has occurred to me more rolls on a soda. The buns turned out delicious. I just changed the recipe, but the result has justified.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Put the sourdough. Bred yeast in warm water, add flour, mix thoroughly, cover, put in warm place for 1 hour. Since I really liked the dough on a soda in this recipe I mixed in half the gas.water and conventional. Carbonated water I took on sourdough.

This idea irishki (special thanks) the principle of professional ovens. Preheat the oven together with the baking tray to 240° C, put on the bottom of the pot with water. Spray the oven with cold water and put our rolls. I didn't regret it, well sprayed with spray. Bake for 7 minutes on high heat, sprinkling a couple of times the oven with water, then reduce the temperature to 210С and bake for 15 minutes. The buns I put on the grill until cool. Bon appetit!!!
