Soup of dried mushrooms
If you can collect mushrooms and do their processing, then surely love mushroom soup. This is a very tasty and flavorful dish.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    60 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

First boil the mushroom broth. To do this, dried mushrooms (I mushrooms) put in a pot and cover with water.

Let them soak for 6 - 8 hours. Or write at night.

Soggy mushrooms put it on the stove in the same water and bring to a boil. It is important not to miss the moment of boiling, as it produces a lot of foam. Remove it with a slotted spoon, diminish the fire and cook the mushrooms for 60 min.

Cooked mushrooms, remove from pan and chop.

Strain the broth.

Prepare the roast. Sliced mushrooms fry in a skillet with butter to evaporate the water.

Onions chop and add to mushrooms.

Stir and lightly fry.

Start cooking the soup. Mushroom soup can be diluted with water to the desired volume and bring to a boil.

Potatoes cut into cubes.

Add to boiling broth and bring again to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook for 5 min.

Now increase the flame to maximum and add the roast. Bring again to a boil.

Stirring constantly, pour semolina and wait for boiling.

Add mushroom seasoning and switch off the stove. When the boiling stops, the soup is ready.
