Cooking

step-0
Our ingredients except for the Turkey:
step-1
With a coat hanger remove the skin. The meat separated from the bones and cut into small pieces.
step-2
All put in the pot, fill with water. The bones I put there, so the broth is more intense. Bring to the boil, skim off the foam.
step-3
When the broth cleared diminish the fire and cook for another 30 minutes. At this time, carrots cut into triangles and rinse the mushrooms (I have frozen).
step-4
After 30 minutes add the broth, mushrooms and carrots. Cook for another 20 minutes.
step-5
Shred cauliflower and broccoli. I'm doing this in blender, but not much, not to get mashed.
step-6
After 20 minutes add the cabbage and the broccoli, a pinch of spices, salt to taste. Cook for another 10 minutes under the lid.
step-7
The soup is ready. Bon appetit!
