Since anniversary was my own, I decided to make a cake from the products that I like. Surprisingly, the list was quite long, I had to reflect a bit and to place in its place. The result exceeded expectations. Eyewitnesses confirm, the cake turned out well...

Cooking
The cake was done in two rounds - the dough: beat the eggs with the sugar until increase in volume, the oil with the honey to melt in the microwave, combine with beaten eggs, the flour combine with ground almonds and baking powder, knead the dough, add raisins
The dough was baked in two parts of 30 minutes at T 180*. Ready-made cakes left for the day.
The next day, dried apricots and prunes soaked in rum. Two Korzh cut lengthways
