A sweet dessert with a delicate cream pudding - great end of the evening.. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song" (probably will not have time((((( the "new composition" I wanted to do white (including food ingredients).

Cooking
To prepare the sponge cake: Beat the eggs with a mixer until the volume increases several times (5-7 minutes). Still whisking, gradually introduce sugar. Beat for another 5 minutes.
Sift flour with vanilla, gently add to egg mixture, mix by "folding" from the bottom up
Preheat the oven (180 gr) Vystelit baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour it dough.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven. Cool.
Cut out biscuit circles with a diameter of 8-10 cm
Cook the pudding as written on the packaging (400 ml milk + 2 tbsp sugar)
Cool. Add the softened butter. Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous cream.
Dilute fruit cheese water 1/2 (what you like). Soak cakes cupcake. Lubricate each cake with cream pudding (my cake consists of 3 layers). Sprinkle white chocolate.
To prepare the snowflakes from white chocolate: Melt the chocolate on a steam bath, stirring constantly. Cool slightly and add 1 teaspoon of vodka or brandy (so will be slower to harden the chocolate, thus will be easier to draw)
To draw on a sheet of paper black marker the outline of the future snowflake. Put a transparent baking paper. To fill the pastry syringe with melted chocolate and paint (black contours) snowflake. Put a sheet of paper snowflakes in the fridge to harden
Roll out the sugar paste and cover the cake completely.
Carefully put on top of a snowflake out of white chocolate. Sprinkle with decorative beads. Decorate with decorative (non-edible) border.
