Cooking
So the dough I kneaded in the bread machine, but for those who do not write detailed process of kneading dough. Sift the flour, add the yeast, salt and sugar, mix well and pour slightly warm yogurt and vegetable oil. Knead and then knead the dough well for 10 minutes. Then cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, you need to make sausage. I have it ready. I wrote in the diaries that we killed a pig and gut made sausages. I froze them and when I need it, just defrost and cook. For those who have not in the freezer of sausage, tell. Meat, bacon and garlic mince or cut into small pieces - it's not for everybody. Add salt and seasoning to taste. And using a special nozzle on the grinder to fill the colon with minced meat, the ends of the tie. For those who have no guts, whip the egg whites with the water to a froth and add to meat mixture, mix well. Then divide the dough into pieces, roll out thinly, cut into strips, put the sausage or spread the stuffing in a sausage.

Bake in preheated oven at 200*C for 40-50 minutes (the time depends on your oven). I usually bring to a Golden color, but my husband is more like a darker crust. Like in the photo. Allow to cool, then remove from the mold. But, as you may remember, I got stuck, so this time I have.
