Cooking
Onion and garlic finely chop. Melt in a saucepan the butter (oil it takes more than usual) and stew the onions, garlic, pine nuts 5 min. on low heat, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool to lukewarm.
Bread cut from a crust, crumb cut into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley
Stir with a fork 1 egg, add bread, herbs, grated Parmesan, mix well.
Add to bread weight oil-onion-walnut mixture and knead well by hand. And pepper to taste.
Muffin tin grease lightly with oil, put them in a "basket" plate thinly sliced dried sausage slices, dried in the air. The Italian version requires Breslau - beef shank. I used survallence.
Fill baskets prepared bread stuffing and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 min. allow to cool in the form, remove and serve.
This appetizer is perfect for aperitifs and spirits.
