Brie baked in puff pastry with cranberry sauce and almonds, goes well with red wine, and it was good with fruit and crackers.

Cooking
1. Puff pastry to thaw at room temperature. At this time, fry in butter almond petals until Golden brown.
2. On floured surface roll out thawed puff pastry, spread cheese on it and cut out four circles of dough with a diameter of little more than cheese for the filling. The puck of brie cheese cut in half and spread on the workpiece.
3. Cover cheese with a layer of cranberry sauce (I used sauce wild cranberries' "TM D arbo"), sprinkle fried almond petals.
4. Cover the workpiece with a second layer of dough and gently securing edges, podrachivaya them from the bottom up.
