Saw this recipe in its transmission, how to cook cheap and delicious. There he prepared the pieces of chickens, and in one of the first recipes from the Internet, he worked exclusively with chicken. Decided to try this and that. The only thing we must not forget the filet is cooked for 15-20 minutes faster pieces. It was very tasty and if not for the hint of lemon, it is very similar to the product of Colonel Sanders

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Chicken fillet

  • Yogurt

    500 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Roll

  • Mint

  • Olive oil

Prepare the ingredients.

For marinade and sauce: garlic and zest of half a lemon to grate, dill and mint finely chopped.

It all comes together with the yoghurt, squeeze the juice of half a lemon and mix thoroughly.

Pieces of chicken and cut into medium-sized pieces of fillet marinated with the sauce. You can put in the fridge for an hour but you can just cook longer) Not to forget (like me) leave a portion of the marinade for sauce.

Loaf or white bread, break into small pieces and grind into crumbs in a food processor.

The breadcrumbs add a bit of lemon peel, Chile pepper, salt and mix thoroughly.

Grease a baking sheet with oil, roll chicken in breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet, whatever pieces do not touch each other and every piece is to pour a little oil on top.
