Persimmon wash, separate the stem, choose the bone (if any) and grind in a blender until smooth (puree). In mashed potatoes add the sour cream, sugar, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, butter, crushed nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds) and flour (I blend in food processor until smooth).
Form grease butter or vegetable oil without smell, pour the batter and put in a preheated 200*C oven for 40-50 minutes.
The finished cake to cool, cut into pieces, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
