Pumpkin scones
In continuing on the pumpkin!.... Tasty air rolls, pumpkin and pumpkin seeds for Breakfast with milk or jam. Thanks to Vaniglia and her "...... prime e le zucche".

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Milk

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

In a bowl, mix the flour with the yeast and a pinch of sugar (1 teaspoon ).

In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, sunflower seeds (optional!), warm milk and melted butter. Can milk to mix with rastaplivaete butter and heat them TOGETHER on low heat.

Mix liquid mixture with dry. Roll out the dough, if necessary add more flour. The bowl with the dough cover with a clean and dry cotton cloth and leave for 2 hours in a warm place, away from drafts.

Then divide the dough into 14-15 pieces, roll into balls and lay them on a baking sheet at a distance of about 1 cm Cover again with a cloth and leave for 1 hour. Rolls coat warm milk (optional!) and bake in preheated oven at temp. 180° for about 20 minutes (depends on oven!).
