Description
If you watched the series "Desperate Housewives", of course, remember one of the heroines of this series — bree. This girl personally causes me great sympathy. It is difficult to surprise, she still always goes wrong and turns. Her house is always sparkly clean, its definitely flowerbeds in bloom, and always ready a sumptuous three-course meal. In one of the episodes of season 7, bree is baking pineapple tart Tatin, or upside-down cake with pineapple. I thought it was very tasty. Here is this wonderful recipe. Bake is delicious, and most importantly — not very time consuming.

Cooking
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
To prepare caramel based. Mix brown sugar and butter.
Spread the caramel base in a baking dish (20cm) and smooth.
For the caramel base, a little pushing, put slices of pineapple (it took me 4 rings).
To prepare the dough. In a separate bowl, mix 120 grams of butter 130 grams of sugar.
Pour pineapple syrup and again a good beat.
In butter mass gradually add flour mixture. Carefully mixing to avoid lumps. You can use the mixer.
The dough is neatly spread over the pineapple and smooth.
To send the form in a preheated oven (190°C). Bake for 45 minutes to dry kindling. I have a form split, so put it on a baking sheet, because it may lead to a sugar. Better bake this cake in a solid metal form.
The finished cake to remove from oven. Allow to cool completely. Gently hold the knife along the walls of the mold. And then flip on a plate.
