French soup with pumpkin
Skipped all meals with a pumpkin - like not found. If there is, I ask stones not to throw! My family loves pumpkin, so you have to come up with options where the pumpkin isn't that noticeable. Thus, in particular, in the recipe "pumpkin cupcake" from Oksy, my men pumpkin didn't found even once, for what I said thanks! This soup is tasty and tender, I recommend it as a French dish, but after my adjustments, it became the French-Ukrainian. Post now while I still have the pumpkin - so wants to add ex-lax! I hope everyone will be interested to try this soup.

  • Potatoes

Here's the necessary products. Highly recommend to take it pumpkin orange, it is sweet. In the broth I boil the onion for flavor, then throw it away.

Lay the potatoes, cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Pumpkin and carrot Trou on a fine grater, add to the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.

Melted cheese cut by cubes. Add to the soup. In Ukraine, I recommend to use cheese "Dobryana", but, in General, the hostesses know better what the cheese melt in the soup. You can replace "Amber". Cook until dissolved, stirring occasionally. Salt, pepper, season with seasoning.

Ready soup garnish with herbs, as my son did, and you can submit without it, as I have on the front picture. I wish you all a pleasant appetite!
