Description

Cottage cheese waffles
For a long time and quite often bake such a cake. They love my kids that cheese is actually very cool. Used to do them with wheat flour, but recently I decided to experiment and added the rice. The result was a pleasant surprise-the waffles turned out a bit fancier, sweeter and overall tastier than before and, of course, healthier. Maybe this recipe will be useful during the holiday season, when after a heavy pickles will want something simple and easy, and it will be interesting for parents of young "nehochuh"and those who are trying to eat right))

Cooking

step-0
The rice flour I made myself using rice from TM"Mistral".
step-1
It is easy to make. Soak the rice for a couple of hours in water, wash well, drain off water, soak a towel. You want the rice left a little damp but no water droplets. Small portions and grind in a coffee grinder. If you are going to store flour, it is necessary to dry on the pan on low heat, stirring all the time, without color changes or just leave at room temperature in a dry place.
step-2
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve. If he is initially homogeneous, it is possible not to do that.
step-3
Eggs, beat with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
step-4
Small portions add the cheese, stirring well each time.
step-5
Add one spoon flour, the amount I have indicated approximately, it depends on the humidity of cottage cheese.
step-6
Add soda, add the butter, stir and the dough is ready. It has the consistency should be like thick sour cream.
step-7
Bake in preheated waffle iron.
step-8
Obtained here are the wafers)I Have from this quantity of dough we have got 5 large waffles and another"incomplete")
step-9
Serve with honey, condensed milk, chocolate paste, jam, space for imagination here is huge)Bon appetit!
