Cottage cheese biscuits with meringue
A very tasty cookie. Recipe from the: quick and tasty. A minimum of product and time - maximum pleasure. Were looking for this recipe, but found none.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Flour

    10 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

RUB the cheese with sugar and vanilla (you can initially curd RUB through a sieve or beat with a blender). Separate the whites from the yolks. Add yolks to the cottage cheese, mix well.

Melt the margarine and add to the cream cheese with eggs and sugar. All stir again

To the curd add the flour about 10-12 tablespoons and baking powder. Knead the dough, it should be soft and not stick to hands. Divide it into 2 parts. One portion of the dough roll out to a thickness of 0.5-0.7 mm

Beat egg whites until foamy, then gradually add sugar. Optionally, you can add a few grains of citric acid. Beat until stiff. Half of the beaten egg whites evenly spread on the rolled out dough. Gently roll into a log and cut into slices thickness of 1,5-2 cm to do the same with the second part of the test and whipped protein.

To put the pieces up slices on lined baking paper baking sheet. Bake 20 min in preheated oven at 180-190*C (focus on your oven)
