The eggplant appetizer
Pretty simple and quick recipe, known perhaps to many, but I want to share my way of cooking.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Spices

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

Cooking

Cut the eggplant into slices, soak to avoid bitterness.

Dip them in flour.

Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Spread on a baking sheet 1 layer, if the eggplants are left, you can put the 2nd layer, closing a hole between the eggplant.

Make a sauce. Mix in a bowl sour cream, mayonnaise and grated 3 cloves of garlic.

Carefully coat the top with sauce. Put to bake until a slight (straight ones!) Golden shade. Bake at a temperature T 190-200 degrees.

Ready! Spread on a plate and sprinkle with ground walnuts (sorry, I didn't have peanuts).
