Chicken in the dough - simple, delicious and unusual dish served is a nice opportunity to surprise your family and friends. The crust of the dough allows the chicken to stew in its own juices, makes the meat juicy and incredibly tender (initially in the recipes talked about non-edible dough, had to bring to mind). Bird stuffing favorite stuffing: potatoes, buckwheat, apples, pickling the same in any marinade. Prepare the dough: mix water, flour, semolina, 0.5 tsp. salt and spices (I took a pinch of cumin, 1 tsp Provencal herbs, nutmeg on a knife tip). The batter is steep and tight, sent him to rest in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. Prepare the marinade for the chickens (I suggest: 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 5 drops wostershire sauce, 3 drops Tabasco, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 crushed garlic cloves, a pinch of ginger and black pepper, 1 tsp Provencal herbs)

Chicken wash, dry, RUB with marinade and leave for half an hour.

Slice the potatoes and onion and fry until soft. Add salt and 1 tsp of dry paprika.

To stuff the bird, sew up the abdomen, the legs bind. Roll the dough circle with a diameter 2 times more chicken with a thickness of about 2-3 mm, put the Kuru on the dough belly down on the sides to lay out the plate of butter.
