Casserole rice
Very tender and tasty casserole! Help yourself! (Good idea for the disposal of boiled rice)

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    300 g

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Cheese

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Rice wash thoroughly and boil until slightly damp condition.

Shrimp pour boiling water, let stand, covered until cool. Clean.

Onions finely cut and fry in olive oil. Garlic puree them and send a pan to the onions. There also add bell pepper. Slightly, 30 seconds, fry.

Pour into the pan the desired amount of white wine and add the tomatoes, chopped large, not diced, oregano. All simmer for 4-5 minutes. The sauce should thicken.

Get this sauce! Next, remove the pan from the heat.

Add boiled rice, peeled shrimp, chopped fresh herbs. Mix everything.

We spread our ground in the baking dish (or like I'm in portions molds). Sprinkle top of cheese (I Parmesan). Put in a preheated 200*C oven.

Bake the casserole for 10-15 minutes.
