Soft yeast-free coconut donuts
Incredibly soft, tender, yeast-free donuts with rich coconut taste, cooked - TA-da-da-dum - rice! I promise that the rice You will not feel, and dish enjoy! Surprise your loved ones with these donuts, because they just melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Coconut shavings

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Rice pour the milk and water, add 2 tbsp of sugar. After boiling, cook on low heat with regular stirring until fully boiling liquid. The rice should be soft after boiling! Allow to cool completely. I cooked the rice in the evening and in the morning to Breakfast already made donuts.

Rice put in blender, add sugar and eggs. Beat well until smooth.

Add baking powder, flour and coconut. The batter should be quite thick, but stick to the hands. You can certainly add more flour and make balls, but in this case, it is likely that the donuts will be filled with flour and will not be as soft.

Sufficient amount of vegetable oil (approximately 350 to 400 ml) heat on medium heat until 180-190 degrees. Using 2 teaspoons put the dough in the fryer (one spoon dialed the dough, and using another finger or remove oil).
