Tried while visiting a beautiful cake, but the recipe was never found. Made another option, and it was even better. Offer to cook! Would be a great appetizer to a nice table, guests will be delighted and the cake will be a constant desire all the family:)

Cooking
In the flour to RUB on a large grater margarine. Knead by hand.
Add soda, sour cream (I think you can use mayonnaise). Knead the dough. Put on half an hour in the fridge. Meanwhile, prepare a filling
For this finely chop the onion, scalded with boiling water, then rinse with cold water and dry. At this stage I'm using my "helper" - a special thing for cutting onions and potatoes, very handy thing:) In the background you see which bulbs I used (three large, you can take 4 less, all depends on your preference)
Fry the onions until transparent, it is not worth much romanity. Cool. Chilled onions add melted cheese, rubbed on a coarse grater. And eggs. (One yolk to leave to grease the dough, for it will turn brown, and the cheese on 5 minutes of cooling in the freezer-it will be easier to grate)
2/3 of the dough roll out, put into a form (so you have a rim). Shape diameter 26 cm, you can do in a smaller form - will be higher:)
Put the stuffing. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the remaining dough and put on top, like to clip the edges. Grease the pie with egg yolk. Bake in the oven until tender, about 30 minutes at 180 degrees until Golden brown.
This time I did in a glass form, like the sides were fluted, but in the normal (metallic) I liked it more:) Or that I'm a perfectionist...))) In any case, we'll get out of the oven handsome, rosy, mouthwatering, delicious!
