Yeast dough I, as always, knead with a bread machine, but you can knead the dough in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk, add yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Add the sifted flour with cocoa powder, shredded coconut, sugar, salt, softened butter, place the bucket in a bread machine, include the mode of kneading.
We will need a baking dish in the shape of a heart.
Because my form very low side, I lengthen it with foil, folded several times. Lubricate the form of vegetable oil.
When you are kneading with the dough
Shift it in prepared form, with hands slightly greased with vegetable oil, line the top of the cake.
Cover the dough with foil and give it to rise in a warm place in volume in 2 times.
Bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes (depending on the characteristics of the oven).
Give the cake to cool, turn it upside down. If the cake turned out a little uneven - not a problem, trim it, cutting off excess dough with a knife.
Prepare a dark glaze - in a bowl, stir powdered sugar and milk.
Add sour cream and dark chocolate.
Heat the glaze in the microwave in a few receptions for 10 seconds, stirring each time after heating.
Cake covered with dark glaze, smooth the surface with a knife.
Decorate cake candy beads and white icing (white icing prepared as follows - heat white chocolate with cream in stages in the microwave, stirring each time after heating). The cake is ready! Bon appétit!
