Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

From flour, eggs and half of the butter knead the dough.

Roll the dough into a ball and put on 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Walnuts grind. I did it with a rolling pin.

Add the sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.

Stir, this is our stuffing.

The dough, remove from refrigerator and roll out.

Brush with remaining butter and spread the filling.

Roll into a snail and bake them on a sheet of parchment at 240 degrees for 20 minutes.

Take out, let cool, enjoy! Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
