Cooking
Clean the nuts and measure out the desired amount. I had the hazelnut.

Pour the chopped nuts with half a serving of milk (150 ml) and bring almost to the boil, strain through a sieve.
RUB the yolks with sugar, add the regular milk, dry milk, milk hazelnut and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.

Whisk egg white-hazelnut cream with chilled whipped cream.
Pour into ice cream maker, acting according to instructions. If a miracle-the unit is not, then pour into a tall bowl or pan, send in the freezer for half an hour, then stir with a mixer and so 3 times. Before you purchase an ice cream freezer and it is ready. We should get soft ice cream without ice crystals.
Soft ice cream put in a container and put into freezer until fully cured.
