Walnut ice cream with chocolate stars
I looked on the Internet, added their expertise and made ice cream was very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Hazelnuts

    100 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Dry milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Sunflower oil

    0.333 tsp

Clean the nuts and measure out the desired amount. I had the hazelnut.

We grind them to puree state, as carefully as possible.

Pour the chopped nuts with half a serving of milk (150 ml) and bring almost to the boil, strain through a sieve.

RUB the yolks with sugar, add the regular milk, dry milk, milk hazelnut and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.

Heated until it thickens but do not boil. Allow to cool and put into the fridge.

Whisk egg white-hazelnut cream with chilled whipped cream.

Pour into ice cream maker, acting according to instructions. If a miracle-the unit is not, then pour into a tall bowl or pan, send in the freezer for half an hour, then stir with a mixer and so 3 times. Before you purchase an ice cream freezer and it is ready. We should get soft ice cream without ice crystals.

Soft ice cream put in a container and put into freezer until fully cured.

Meanwhile, cook chocolate stars. Break the chocolate into pieces, add the butter. Melt in a microwave oven, I have it takes about a minute.

The liquid chocolate is poured into molds, allowed to cool and sent a couple of minutes in the freezer. Chop the remaining nuts. Put ice cream balls in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped nuts, decorate with the chocolate star and enjoy!
