Filler pie with Turkey and leeks
Great recipe, very tasty, nutritious and beautiful cake. Equally suitable for both the oven and slow cooker. Treat yourselves, friends.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Minced Turkey

    300 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    2 piece

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

The first thing we need to prepare the stuffing. Put it in the bowl multivarki Vitek VT-4205, a little oil and choose a program to boil for 10 minutes.

When you are ready for the stuffing it is better to stir so it does not turned out lumpy. Ready stuffing put in a bowl and allow to cool.

Make the dough for our pie. In a bowl I break the eggs and add the yogurt.

Add 2 kinds of flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and fresh chopped dill.

Stir the dough to a state malleable, but not liquid.

Onion-Porec cut rings, add some dried tomatoes and ground garlic.

In the bowl of a slow cooker (don't forget to wipe after stuffing) pour half of the dough, put the filling.

Pour the remaining batter, level select program and baking 30 minutes.

After 25 minutes, flip the cake, it is convenient to do this using the tray for steaming.

Our pie and bake for another 5 minutes.

Ready cake spread on a plate, allow to stand for 5 minutes. Serve it hot better. If you have a pie left after dinner, just warm slightly in the microwave or in a slow cooker.
