Sweet and spicy chicken with prunes
Want to diversify chicken menu? Offer a great combination: chicken + prunes. A few small touches with spices and additives and dish will play a variety of flavors, but will be combined together.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Prunes wash, fill with boiling water. After 20 minutes drain the water.

Chicken wash, dry, chop to pieces.

Onion cut into half rings.

Carrots cut into cubes.

Enable multiverse mode "Browning", in vegetable oil fry the chicken.

Add vegetables. Salt. A bit of fry all together.

Add the tomato paste.

Then sour cream.

Mix well.

Enable "quenching" for 1 hour.

Garlic RUB on a small grater.

After 30 minutes, add the prunes, garlic and chilli. Stir and simmer for the remaining time. Bon appetit.

This dish was cooked in a slow cooker VT-4206 R. tip from my experience: when roasting meat or chicken with a little bone, be extremely careful when stirring so as not to scratch the ceramic coating of the bowl.
