Cooking
To prepare this vegetable soup peel potatoes and carrots, sprigs of cabbage detachable from the main stem, tomatoes, cut in half, the pepper remove the stem with seeds, greens wash. Put in the pot and fill with water. Bring to a boil, diminish the power plate to 1/3 and continue to cook for 25-30 minutes. Salt added at the end. Cauliflower can be replaced with anything. I cooked this soup with broccoli, and zucchini.
Get hot vegetables and wipe through a sieve. Need to wipe it with hot vegetables, because if they cool off, then wipe them will be much harder.
It turns out that is puree. We refueled the remaining vegetable broth on the stove bring to a boil.
Diminish the power plate to 1/3 and add the semolina. The soup should constantly disturbed in order that the barley is not lost in clumps. After 5 minutes the soup is almost ready.
Pour portioned and dressed with butter and sour cream. I like spice so I also add the French herb of the mill.
