Eggs cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and RUB. Bow to RUB on a grater or chop very finely. Clean the sardines from the bones, and wipe with a fork. To connect onion, egg yolks and sardines, add 1 teaspoon of mustard, mix well. Spread half of stuffing proteins and decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
