  • Fish

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

Tuna fillet wash, cut into small pieces,

Put them into a glass jar, sprinkle with salt, Basil, [color=darkred][b]PR Anastasi for the marinade[/b][/color] (mustard seeds, rosemary, Bay leaf, thyme, fennel, ginger, cumin, cloves, nutmeg, coriander seeds), pour vegetable oil, stir and add a little boiling water, cover and put in refrigerator.
