Description
I've never been in the spring in Italy, will tell You more - I was never in Italy. And so you want. But apparently, this dream will remain a dream. I don't know what Italians eat for Breakfast, but I certainly would drink a Cup of coffee with torchetti, Italian cookies. And because I can't see Italy, I decided to make these cookies myself. And... Made cookies and the lights went out. And when I turned on the light and went to the site, I saw that have just been uploaded the recipe by the same name. At first I was upset, and then read the recipe completely different. So Your right to choose what cookies to do. For the idea thanks Venerochka Generico.

Cooking
For the dough I use breadmaker. Load all the ingredients and put the dough for 1 hour and 40 minutes. If you don't have a breadmaker, first soak the yeast in 20 ml of water, then pour the yeast into a bowl with the flour, add more water, salt and knead the dough. Cover the dough with a towel, put in a warm place and leave to come for 1.5 hours. Next, stir in the melted butter and knead the dough.
Osipyan from test small pieces and roll out thin wires of length about 10 cm I had no problems, the dough is very elastiche, does not stick.
In a bowl pour the sugar and dip them in sugar each prefabricated cookies.
Lay out cookies on a baking sheet covered with silicone Mat or baking paper. Put the pan in heated to 180 degrees oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until it will turn brown.
The cookies taste like bagels.
I got 50 Grand from this amount of dough. Bon appetit!
