Salad
My most-favorite salad. I can't make any blanks, but this should be. Looked on the website, there is one salad with this lineup of products, but in completely different proportions and with a different way of cooking. So I thought, as it is known, on taste and color of comrades not, maybe my version will have anyone to taste - I for a healthy alternative. But if you decide that it is unnecessary - remove.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1.5 kg

  • Cucumber

    1.5 kg

  • Yellow bell pepper

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Salt

    7 tsp

  • Sugar

    20 tsp

  • Vinegar

    10 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    30 Tbsp

Prepare the products. Tomatoes and cucumbers wash. Carrots and onions clean. Pepper wash, remove the stalk and seeds.

Cut vegetables like lettuce, carrots three on a grater. I have all of this except the tomato, coped processor, so the time was about 10 minutes. Mix all vegetables, add salt, sugar, vinegar and sunflower oil. Mix well and leave for at least 30 minutes to ensure that the vegetables were soggy.

Usually, I prefer salads harvested in half-liter jars (but this year, something I swung with blanks and they have me suddenly ended :) ) and then the output will be, based on experience, about 12 jars.

The vegetables in this salad make it almost as fresh, even with a small hrustenko. The juice is clear. The proportions of the vegetables can be changed according to your taste, the main thing that total number was 6 kg.
