Cooking
Let's start with cooking the filling. You will need 150 g brown sugar 50 ml of water.
In a small sauce pan pour sugar, add water and put on low heat, not stirring, until the syrup begins to thicken.
Add 200 ml of cream into the hot syrup, continue to cook over low heat, stirring, until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Leave to cool.
Start cooking the chopped test. Butter, grate, grind it with the flour, add 4 tablespoons of ice milk or water.
Knead the dough long knead not necessary.
Now peel four apples, chop, removing the core.
Roll out the dough and place it into the form.
Lay the apples. Put into the oven heated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes (it all depends on your oven).
While the pie is in the oven , in the cooled caramel butter syrup add 2 eggs, mix well.
There also add 1 tsp (heaped) of flour.
Get our cake out of the oven, pour the filling on it and bake it in the oven for another 30-40 minutes, while reducing the temperature to 150 degrees.
The finished pie sprinkle with cinnamon, allow to cool. But this step I missed, couldn't wait, was such a marvelous flavor! From this cake is impossible to put down!
