Butter loaf
Fragrant delicious bread for tea!!!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    3 tsp

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Vanilla

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

In a glass of warm milk add the yeast, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp flour, stir and leave for 20-30 minutes. Separate the yolks from the whites. Four egg yolks grind with 0.5 glass of sugar, add the milk + yeast. Same here, add melted margarine, cool. Whites of 4 eggs beat in a solid foam, add, mix gently. Add vanilla and lemon juice (2 tbsp).

The mixture was divided into 2 parts. To one add 2 tbsp cocoa. Pour in the flour, mix thoroughly and leave for 1-1,5 hours.

Form of grease with vegetable oil. On bread of white dough put the dark cake of dough and roll into a loaf. On the contrary, the pellet of dark dough - white and also to roll a roll.

To put in shape, brush with egg yolk. Cover with a damp cloth and leave for 30 minutes. Put in hot oven, bake until tender.

Cook the syrup: 0.5 cups of sugar + 50 ml water. Cool.

The remains of the fondant I put a teaspoon on a baking sheet, covered with paper and baked flavored meringues at a temperature of 100-120 degrees for an hour.
