Delicious bread for Breakfast for the kids, and for adults, with addition of oat flakes and sunflower seeds. Tasty and healthy!

Cooking
Flakes pour boiling water, stir and leave alone until cool.
Added to cold cereals flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and seeds. Knead the dough. Put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
After half an hour the dough came.
Not abenaim it. "Handled" the dough on the palm of my hand and just place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Put into a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Bake until Golden brown.
Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack or towel. If you want you can grease the top of bread with olive oil.
Even if Your kids don't like oatmeal, so bread will not give up)!
