Pear pie
Pear pie from shortcake dough with an almond layer (Fragipan). Very fragrant. Simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    225 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Rum

    1 Tbsp

  • Pear

For the pastry RUB the softened butter with the sugar. Add the egg. Then the flour

Remove the finished dough for 30 minutes in the fridge

Meanwhile, prepare Frangipane. Mix the chopped Almonds+sugar+m aslo to a smooth paste. Add the egg and rum (optional)Then the flour. Mix well. Weight should significantly brighten

Roll out the dough into the reservoir (I do this between two sheets of baking paper )And put into shape (Diameter 24-26 cm)

Pears (fresh)peel, cut into two halves and then into slices

Put franzhipana. Put the tart in a preheated 200 degree oven for 45 minutes
