Milk buns with cardamom
Very much I have failed. Wanted to share a recipe. For originality does not apply, perhaps similar is already on the website. Therefore, if repeated immediately apologize.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Yeast

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Sesame

To take pictures start late so no step-by-step. Shiver to breed in the warm sweetened milk. Eggs carefully vzbit with sugar, vanilla, salt and cardamom. Knead the dough for 20-25 minutes, believe me, worth it, gives a very smooth, soft dough with an amazing aroma. Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour, then punch down and leave for another hour. Then the dough once again to hybrids. It will "bubble" and "squeak" at hand. Formed into rolls, place them on a baking sheet and let rise (about 8-10 minutes). Egg whisk with the icing sugar and brush the buns twice.Sprinkle with sesame seeds(if using)and bake at 200 g for 45 minutes and then diminished the heat to 175-180gr the oven until the appearance of a beautiful dark brown.It will be dark due to sugar.
