Cooking

step-0
Do the stuffing, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Formed meatballs. Beef can get ready. From this amount of meat I got 20 pieces of meatballs.
step-1
Vegetables cook all at once, that will fry them quickly over high heat. For soup, we will need a heavy-bottomed pot or high pan where we will cook from the soup. Vegetables cut arbitrarily, but subtle.
step-2
In hot oil put the garlic, after a minute or ginger. Stir.
step-3
Put onion, mix again. Further carrots. All fry, stirring constantly.
step-4
Turn zucchini.
step-5
... and tomatoes with chili pepper.
step-6
In parallel, cook the egg noodles in a separate pan until tender. Her recline in a colander, saving the liquid. It will come in handy for soup. Noodles cooked following the directions on the package. So they don't stick together, filled it with sunflower oil.
step-7
Pour soy sauce, stir, cook vegetables with it ~5 minutes. Vegetables ready.
step-8
Fill it with liquid from the noodles and if its not enough, add water. Liquid should be 1 L. Bring to a boil and put meat balls. Cook them until tender. It's fast, about 5 minutes.
step-9
Put dry dill, parsley and black peppercorns. Cook the soup for another 3 minutes.
step-10
The soup is ready. Give him a little brew under the lid.
step-11
Take a plate, spread it in the noodles. Is who as you want and pour the soup with meatballs. I like the soup thick. This soup can be eaten with rice, separately cooked and just plain!
