For the dough you need softened butter beat the egg, add sugar, then a spoonful of milk and vanilla sugar. Then gradually pour the flour, constantly stirring the dough with a mixer on low speed. The dough will be soft and slightly sticky. Wrap the dough in film and put for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. At this time you can prepare the topping: mix the sugar with the cinnamon.

To shift the chilled dough on a baking sheet, previously covered with baking paper and cover it with another same sheet. So the dough won't stick to the rolling pin. Gently roll the dough not very thin (about 5-7 mm).
