Description
Tasty, tender and fairly quick to prepare the cake (though my design is more of a pastry), but if you make in a round shape, the view will be more classic. In any case, it's delicious! Especially for coffee lovers. Like many recipes but it is not found ... so if that strongly do not scold ... ))And Bon appetit!

Cooking
Soak the gelatine in half a glass of water (before swelling). Beat the egg yolks and 150g sugar to a froth the Milk and vanilla sugar and bring to a boil (cooled) and pour a small stream in the yolk mass, without ceasing to stir, then put on a small fire and, without ceasing to interfere, to put gelatin. Cook until thick (but not strong). Do not boil!!!! (will look roughly as in the photo)
Next, take the form (to your taste). In a Cup with a volume of approximately 250 ml pour coffee (1 tsp coffee, 15 ml of cream you can add sugar, but this is to taste)
Pour coffee into a suitable shape and dip the cookies in there, (but not for long, that didn't collapse!) and put them on the bottom of the form, the slits filled in crumbled cookies.
Then whisk the cream into a thick foam.
And add them to a previously prepared cooled cream and gently stir until smooth. Pour over biscuits about half (or a little more, as in my case) mass. Put the form in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, dilute 1 tsp coffee 2 tsp water and add to the remaining mass. Mix thoroughly.
Get the form from the freezer and gently pour the coffee layer. And now in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
