Milk dessert
Simply divine dessert for those who can not live without sweets. Replace your daily cookies in this dessert - it quenches your thirst to the sweet, because its taste is unmatched. And most importantly, you know what it's made of! Well suited for children. Recipe compiled by me, based on the study of the recipes of jelly.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla

  • Fruit

    1 piece

  • Gelatin

    2 tsp

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Cheese

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 tsp

1. Soak gelatin in 2 tablespoons of warm water for 15 minutes.

2. Pour the cream (you can substitute milk will be less kalloriyno, but not air, because the milk is not whipped like cream) in a deep bowl, add the cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla, and heated. 3. Fruit cut into - the smaller the better, squeeze a little juice in the same dish (sprinkle with sugar, to better let the juice) that is added to this slurry 2/3 tsp swollen gelatin, mix well.

4. In boiling milk mixture add the remaining swollen gelatin. Knead well out of the plate.

5. Milk mixture and beat for very long - until the foam - mixer or in a blender (less than 1 minute).

6. Prepare molds - preferably round and with smooth inner surface (if you plan dessert to put them on a plate). Opolaskivaniem them with cold water.

7. Pour milk a lot and fruit pulp in any order. (Plan - will you eat from kremenek or will put the dessert - depends on the position of the fruit - top or bottom.)

8. Put the desserts in the refrigerator until fully cured (preferably overnight). After complete curing you can put on a pretty dessert plate upside down, pre-papariv the bottom of the bowl. To eat better in a period of not more than 20 minutes after taking from the fridge, otherwise it will begin to melt. Delicious even combined with prunes and chocolate.
